Terms and Conditions

- Tickets are sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting an event and are subject to the conditions applicable to that events and/or venue where held.
- Tickets may not be refunded after purchase. Tickets may be exchanged where available for a per ticket fee.
- Theatre North reserves the right to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets. Theatre North reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission tickets).
- Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid proof of concession must be provided for collection of tickets and/or at the venue. Promoters reserve the right to choose which (if any) concessions cards will be accepted for their event. Please check at the time of booking for specific details.
- The promoter reserves the right to vary advertising programmes and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission and in such an event, the patron will abide by any and all refund or cancellation policies as applicable.
- Latecomers may only be admitted at the discretion of the management at a convenient break in the programme.
- The use of cameras or recording equipment is strictly forbidden.
- Patrons will adhere to any and all house rules.
- Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk.
- The Princess Theatre Box Office adheres to the Live Performance Australia (formerly AEIA) Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment in Australia.
